Description
A new appointment with raw pastry where I will show you step by step the techniques for tempering and processing handmade RAW chocolate in its variations with coconut milk and white with pistachio, creating bars and little eggs. The recipes are plant-based and raw, to get the maximum nutritional benefit and enhance the magnificent organoleptic characteristics of raw cacao.
You can follow the recipes with me in your kitchen, take notes to replicate them later, or simply enjoy the course through the recording of the live session, available to all subscribers.
The course is open to everyone, professionals or simple enthusiasts, and lasts 1 hour and a half.
