FOUR HANDS – RAW PASTRY FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY
Raw pastry workshop dedicated to couples of girls or boys (3-6 years) and parents who want to get their hands on the dough and learn how to make it together. In Rome, February 25th.
The workshop is dedicated to pairs of children (ages 3-6) and parents who want to get their hands
dirty and learn together.
What? 100% vegan sweet preparations, gluten-free or refined
sugar-free, raw, full of flavor and nutrients, easily replicable at home.
The recipes do not
require cooking, so they are fun and safe even for children at all stages.
and techniques will be proposed to make the preparations stimulating and not repetitive.
We will prepare an exquisite vegetable milk, a deliciously green smoothie, flourless
cookies with chocolate chips, and “nutella” truffles.
WHAT IS RAW PASTRY AND WHY OFFER IT TO CHILDREN?
If you want ideas to enrich your children’ s snacks with healthier options and want to learn to
prepare them while sharing quality time with her or him, this is the right course for you. My
courses are based on the cold processing of plant-based, whole, and unrefined foods.
Raw pastries are therefore full of flavor, but not of refined sugars or unhealthy fats. They
also do not contain allergens such as gluten or lactose. The absence of cooking also
allows children to cook safely, without risks or prohibitions.
Thanks to my experience as a
mom, I have learned that if children are involved in food preparation, they are more likely
to try new foods.
WHAT WILL YOU RECEIVE BY PARTICIPATING IN THE COURSE:
20% discount code to purchase organic raw materials on GustovivoBio website
12% discount code for the purchase of a Tauro dehydrator and its accessories
Access to the Grezzi e Crudi Facebook group, dedicated to my former students, to
enjoy exclusive promotions
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
The course lasts 1h15 and costs €35 (1 child + 1 parent)
