The workshop is dedicated to parent-child pairs who want to get hands-on and learn together.
What? 100% vegan, gluten-free, and refined sugar-free sweet preparations, raw, full of flavor and nutrients, easily replicable at home.
The recipes don’t require cooking, making them fun and safe for children at every step.
Different actions and techniques will be proposed to make the preparations stimulating and non-repetitive.
We will prepare delicious plant-based milk, flourless cookies and a mini fruit cheesecake for a special snack.
WHAT IS RAW PASTRY AND WHY OFFER IT TO KIDS?
If you want ideas to enrich your child’s snacks with healthier options and want to learn to prepare them while spending quality time together, this is the right course for you.
My courses are based on the cold processing of whole, unrefined plant-based foods.
Raw sweets are full of flavor but without refined sugars or unhealthy fats. They also don’t contain allergens like gluten or lactose.
The absence of cooking allows children to cook safely, without dangers or prohibitions.
Thanks to my experience as a mom, I’ve learned that when children are involved in food preparation, they’re more likely to try new foods.

The course lasts 1h15 and costs €35 (1 child + 1 parent).
To work peacefully, the course has a limited number of spots (12).
