Description

The course is designed for those who already have some knowledge of raw cuisine and wish to enhance their skills by engaging in more complex preparations that can still be easily achieved in their own kitchen.

The course includes 2 recipes: coffee panna cotta with crumble, raw coffee sand, and raw chocolate nectar, and dehydrated shortcrust tart with raw cream and reduced fruit compote.

The complete course, consisting of 2 video lessons, lasts approximately 2 hours and 10 minutes.

The person who receives your gift will be able to watch and review the videos as many times as they want for one year. They will receive login credentials to access the videos, the recipe book, shopping and equipment lists, a discount code for ingredients, and the opportunity to join the exclusive Grezzi e Crudi Facebook group, reserved only for those who have participated in at least one of my courses. The course is conducted in Italian.
