For 3 hours, thanks to digital technology, I will enter the kitchen of the person who will receive your gift and guide them step by step in the preparation of 3 gourmet and plant-based raw recipes. It is an experience that can be done alone or as a couple.

I will provide all the information they need to organize themselves with equipment and ingredients, and be able to prepare all the recipes without difficulty, even if it is their first time approaching raw cuisine, and even if they are not an expert cook!

Indeed, the recipes are designed to be interesting and surprising in terms of taste and construction, yet technically simple enough that they do not require sophisticated equipment.

For the private lesson, your guest can choose between 2 themes:

A TASTE OF RAW PASTRY

Explore raw pastry by preparing 3 plant-based raw recipes (coffee-infused chocolate cake, space truffles with a crunchy coating, hazelnut, chocolate, and orange sablés).

RAW FOR A NIGHT!

Prepare a gourmet raw dinner (2 savory dishes and a dessert) together with a guest or the family (or alone, why not?)

Individual lessons can be scheduled in agreement with your guest, on a date and time to be determined, within 3 months from the receipt of the gift voucher. The lesson can be conducted in Italian or English.

For all the listed courses, a personalized digital gift voucher will be created with the name of the recipient, which you can print and hand over or forward via email.
