A new appointment with raw pastry where I will guide you step by step through the basic techniques of tempering and working with RAW chocolate, creating chocolate bars and filled chocolates.
Raw cacao is a true superfood, packed with significantly more nutrients and antioxidants than traditionally processed cacao. The recipes are plant-based and no-cook to maximize nutritional benefits and highlight the exceptional flavor profile of raw cacao.
